Modern Carpet provides high-quality carpet options with professional installation services in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. We try to deliver damage free products with our wide range of collections, textures, material, and styles. However, we make sure the return policy process is easy and convenient if a return or replacement is needed.

Return Claim Conditions

We take action for return requests under the following conditions:

Wrong Deliveries:

Our staff will quickly set up an adaptation at no extra cost if you receive a product that differs from what you ordered. Depending on the situation, an appropriate replacement or complete refund will be given.

Defective Piece:

You can truly claim a replacement or refund following our team’s examination and verification process if your carpet arrives with obvious damage, manufacturing flaws, or does not match the requirements.

Unused Products with Original Condition:

Only products that are unused, not fixed, and kept in their original packing are eligible for returns based on a change of choice. To be eligible, all such requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

Custom-made Carpets: If there isn’t an issue with the product from our end, custom-cut, custom-designed or any other such customized products according to your specific requirements will not be eligible for return.

Already Discount Claims: Unless they are exposed to be damaged upon arrival, carpets purchased during discounted or clearance sales are not returnable.

Installed or Used Carpets: The carpet cannot be returned once it has been wrapped or used. Only if a flaw or damage is discovered right away before deliveries are there any exceptions.

How Returning Process Initiates

Follow these steps to begin your return process:

Phase 1: Contact Our Support Team

Phase 2: Return Authorization Consent

After reviewing your request, our team allots a Return Authorization (RA) number that is necessary for processing your return efficiently.

Phase 3: Bring the Product in its Original Packing

Please pack the item with care using its original packing along with accessories, all other necessary material, and RA number.

Phase 4: Reimbursement or Replacement

After receiving the returned item, we initiate further process by inspecting the prior conditions for refund or replacement. Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days whereas we try to replace on priority.

Cost for Return Shipping Policy

Company Obligation: If the return is due to a damaged product or an incorrect delivery, Modern Carpet will bear the full cost of return shipping.

Customer Responsibility: Now it’s solely the responsibility of customers to bear the shipping expenses if he/she decides to change their mind.
